Les plus gros morceaux sont r\u00e9duits \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une excavatrice \u00e9quip\u00e9e d&rsquo;un concasseur.<\/p><p>Ces machines sont \u00e9quip\u00e9es en standard d&rsquo;un pr\u00e9-tamis double \u00e9tage ind\u00e9pendant avec bande lat\u00e9rale, sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7u pour s\u00e9parer la fraction 0\/15 mm, \u00e9galement appel\u00e9e sable tamis\u00e9. Les marteaux mont\u00e9s sur le rotor, tournent \u00e0 une vitesse d&rsquo;environ 600 tr\/min. Ils projettent le mat\u00e9riau d&rsquo;alimentation contre les barres d&rsquo;impact, provoquant la fragmentation par percussion. Un tamis final situ\u00e9 sur la bande de sortie du concasseur tamise le gravat cass\u00e9 selon la granulom\u00e9trie, tandis que le surdimensionn\u00e9 est renvoy\u00e9 via une bande de retour. La production d&rsquo;un produit final de 0\/40 mm se traduit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement par une capacit\u00e9 de 150 \u00e0 200 tonnes\/heure.    <\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-image\" style=\"font-style: normal;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/naessens-rematech.be\/kegelbrekers\/\">Concasseurs \u00e0 c\u00f4ne<\/a><\/h2><h4>Production de granulats avec un concasseur \u00e0 c\u00f4ne<\/h4><p>Pour produire des granulats de b\u00e9ton r\u00e9utilisables en centrale et g\u00e9n\u00e9rer une valeur maximale, il est essentiel de les tamiser avec pr\u00e9cision en trois fractions : 0\/6 mm, 6\/14 mm et 14\/22 mm. Les deux derni\u00e8res fractions repr\u00e9sentent la majeure partie de la valeur, soit trois fois la valeur du sable. <\/p><p>Pour r\u00e9duire ou concasser les gravats de b\u00e9ton, le concasseur \u00e0 percussion, tel qu&rsquo;il est d\u00e9crit ici, est sans aucun doute le choix le plus efficace. Les gravats de b\u00e9ton pur et non arm\u00e9, provenant de la construction de routes ou de la d\u00e9molition, sont souvent pr\u00e9cieux. Le processus de broyage du concasseur \u00e0 percussion, ou concasseur \u00e0 impact, est connu pour produire un pourcentage \u00e9lev\u00e9 de sable de broyage. Cela r\u00e9sulte directement de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie cin\u00e9tique absorb\u00e9e par la vitesse, suivie de l&rsquo;explosion des d\u00e9bris sur les barres d&rsquo;impact r\u00e9glables.   <\/p><p>Pour cr\u00e9er une valeur maximale de r\u00e9utilisation dans les centrales de m\u00e9lange, la t\u00e2che est claire. Extrayez autant de granul\u00e9s 6\/22 mm que possible au lieu du sable. <\/p><p>Pour cela, la combinaison du<a href=\"http:\/\/naessenshydraulics.com\/nederlands\/mobiele-brekers\/kaakbreker\/breken-van-mengpuin\"> <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/naessens-rematech.be\/kaakbrekers\/\">concasseur \u00e0 m\u00e2choires <\/a>et du <a href=\"https:\/\/naessens-rematech.be\/kegelbrekers\/\">concasseur \u00e0 c\u00f4ne<\/a> est la solution id\u00e9ale.<\/p><p>Le principe de concassage forc\u00e9 de ces machines permet de produire au moins 25 % de granulats en plus pour le m\u00eame travail qu&rsquo;avec le principe d&rsquo;impact du concasseur \u00e0 percussion.<\/p><p>Avec le <a href=\"https:\/\/naessens-rematech.be\/nieuwe-machines\/kaakbrekers\/mccloskey-j40v2\/\">concasseur \u00e0 m\u00e2choires<\/a>, les d\u00e9bris de b\u00e9ton sont pr\u00e9-concass\u00e9s \u00e0 0\/120 mm et achemin\u00e9s vers le concasseur \u00e0 c\u00f4nes. Avec le CSS r\u00e9gl\u00e9 sur 17 mm, 0\/35 mm est produit dans un passage. La capacit\u00e9 de cette installation se situe entre 160 et 180 tonnes\/heure. Le r\u00e9sultat apr\u00e8s le tamisage des trois fractions.<\/p><p>65 % de la fraction 8\/22 mm, 20 % de la fraction 0\/8 mm et, dans ces conditions, un pourcentage de grain exc\u00e9dentaire de
