A compact screening machine

The McCloskey Kompaq is the ideal machine for efficient screening of crushed concrete debris, thanks to its compact design.

Thanks to its unique sieve box technology with four bearings, this machine produces very pure fractions at a high capacity, unmatched in its weight class.

The double-deck screening box, measuring 2400 mm in length and 1200 mm in width, has screening decks that are tensioned lengthwise by pre-bent tensioning slats. These tensioning slats are easily accessible from the rear of the machine, making replacement of the screening nets quick and effortless.

A compact machine is powered by a 4 cylinder Caterpillar engine which meets the latest emission and noise standards. This has made the machine considerably quieter and quieter during operation.

The remote-controlled tracked undercarriage allows the machine to be quickly set up in working position in the shortest time on any terrain. As a result, production can be started quickly. Despite the compactness of this screening machine, it is still possible to achieve daily productions of more than a thousand tons.

Not only under a mobile crusher but also in screening soil, the McCloskey Kompaq is a real champion.

Screening machine rotary table

As standard, this new version is equipped with and hydraulically driven rotary table. This allows the machine to be adjusted from line direction to transverse direction in no time.

The transverse arrangement relative to the tracked undercarriage allows the machine to travel between stored fractions. This feature allows the machine to be operated by a single operator.

In this way, the screening machine can follow the excavator as the excavation progresses. Thus, no time is lost for removing the screened fractions so that operator can continuously continue loading the machine with the material to be screened.
