The soil improvement plant is simple and user-friendly to operate by a single operator and can easily run a daily production of up to 1,000 tons of finished (0-30 mm) product.
Soil improvement systems from Naessens Hydraulics are distinguished by their unique features and performance.
Another sifting drum can be changed within 15 minutes, making it possible to post-screen a finer fraction (0-10 mm), possibly with the addition of cement. This not only increases the area of application of the recycled material, but also the added value of the recovered product.
Virtually more than 95% of all soil types can be recycled by the soil improvement plant.

Wide employability
Unlike a conventional drum screen (with spiral drum), the Rematech drum screen is specially designed to handle heavy and wet loamy soils.
Heavy pre-sieve on feed bunker
For this we refer to the unique vibrating grid with fingers. This not only functions as a pre-sieve but, as it were, cuts up the heavy soils before they are fed into the drum.
Intensive blending
This mixing process is unique of its kind and allows the introduced lime or cement to be injected directly and deeply into the soil. This to then undergo intensive and powerful mixing in the mixing and sieving drum, which is equipped with four built-in carriers.
Low lime consumption
Through this principle, considerable savings can be made on the lime supplier's purchase invoice. The better the mixing, the faster and more intense the lime reactivity is transferred to the soil to be treated. As a result, to achieve the same pressure resistance in the final product, significantly less lime is ultimately needed compared to other mixing systems.
Pure separated stones
The separated stone fraction, larger than 30 mm, is always very pure thanks to the action of lime and the aggressive sieving action. Thus, easily more than 100% can be saved on the quantity of lime.

This installation is versatile for soil improvement, both as a screening machine for sieving various soil types or granules, as well as a soil recycling machine with lime dosing or mobile mixing center. This ensures a quick return on investment. It is an indispensable tool for any progressive and competitive contractor company.
Perfectly blended product
The finished product of this mobile soil improvement plant is perfectly calibrated and mixed. A remote-controlled swiveling belt allows it to be stored efficiently over a 170° radius.
Horizontal cement silo
New is the horizontal fully automatic dosing silo.
Fully designed and built by Naessens Hydraulics BV, active in the development and realization of new recycling applications.
Thanks to the new horizontal silo of 34,000 liters, full truck loads can be efficiently accepted.
This provides greater plant continuity for soil improvement without sacrificing mobility and a more favorable purchase price for the additive material. Upon arrival at the site with two transports, the plant can be set up quickly, allowing production to begin within an hour.
