Rematech Drum Screen 12.4T

The versatile Trommelscreen 12.4 provides 100% recycling of all your waste soils and can be used on any construction site without dust nuisance, with fast processing (capacity of about 100 tons/hour) and a compact design. This compact setup is made possible by the presence of a swiveling conveyor belt. With its simple and fast operation, this mixing center can be operated by only one operator.

The drum itself provides aggressive sieving action and is suitable for sieving topsoil, compost, granules, backfill and sand. The presence of brushes ensures that the drum is continuously cleaned during the sieving process. The screening nets have a square mesh size, resulting in a perfectly uniform end product.

Rematech's new mobile mixing center, the Trommelscreen 12.4, combines both mixing and sieving of all your waste soils. Through an adjacent silo, lime is automatically added to heavy loam soils, for example, to obtain a stable and uniform final fraction.

Using the mobile mixing center, difficult materials can also be sieved, such as heavy loamy soils. The Remasilo, a mixing plant with an electric motor, works fully automatically with the help of sensors. Thanks to the aggressive mixing action, very little lime is needed.
