McCloskey 516AT

The McCloskey 516AT is a highly mobile drum screen that delivers excellent performance. It is ideal for processing a variety of materials. Improvements have been made based on feedback, giving this new addition to the 516 product line an even greater customer focus.

The McCloskey 516AT weighs 22,500 kg and has integrated hydraulic folding conveyors. In addition to being powered by a 100-hp CAT C4.4 engine, the 516AT features a spacious hydraulic tank and hydraulic motor cooler, ensuring maximum cooling and efficient hydraulics.

The 516AT has a number of features that give it an edge over the competition in this category. It has a significantly larger feed bunker size of 5.25 m³, allowing more material to be loaded. In addition, the 487 mm longer feed opening ensures free feeding and high capacity.

With a screening area of 152 mm x 487 mm, materials such as topsoil, compost, sand, gravel and wood products stay in the drum longer, resulting in better end results. The 516AT has 3 screen sections that provide flexibility for maximum efficiency. Adjustable brushes keep the screening nets clean and can be folded out to make replacing the drum easier.

Like all McCloskey machines, the 516AT has an easily accessible engine compartment for easy maintenance and service, saving time and cost. With additional options such as a wireless remote control for the tracks, various screen and drum combinations and a hydraulic tilt grate, the 516AT is considered a highly productive and highly mobile drum screen.
