This blog post covers a brief technical description of the tracked Arjes VZ750DK mobile shredder.
The machine has a weight of 23.5 tons.
Dimensions: 8200 mm length x 2500 mm width x 3000 mm height.
Engine: Volvo Penta Tier 4 235 Kw (320 hp)
Synchronous rotating shafts with a length of 1750 mm.
Hydraulic drive Danfoss with adjustable overload protection and automatic reverse function.
The overband magnet is hydraulically adjustable in height.
Double tilt task bunker for ideal loading of shredder shafts.
A fixed or semi-mobile version of the VZ750 is also available.
Key high-efficiency applications:Â
- Commercial waste: thanks to the self-cleaning interlocking shafts, clogging of the machine is avoided
- Metal/auto: volume reduction and separation of the valuable FE and NF metals.
- Biomass: effective production of biofuels
