A mobile cone crusher is the latest development from Rematech in Oosterzele.
Objectives we set at the start of development are:
1: A robust machine:
For crushing various materials ranging from mixed debris to the hardest and most abrasive coming from different industries, the Trio cone crusher was chosen as the core of the machine. With a weight of about 12 tons, this is the heaviest cone crusher in its category. It comes standard with hydraulic CSS settings and overload protection that protects the crusher components from unbreakable materials.
2: Quick to deploy and easy to use:
Thanks to the four mechanical support feet, the machine can be set up within 5 minutes. This is done by leveling the chassis and using the hydraulically folding discharge conveyor. The cone crusher is equipped with a clear and easy-to-use central control panel. All functions, including starting/stopping the tires and crusher, are clearly accessible. In addition, the crusher opening (CSS) and the hydraulic release function, which is activated in case of possible material obstruction in the crusher housing, are easy to operate.
3: Energy efficient:
In addition to the hydraulic set-up function for setting up and preloading the cone crusher, the machine is fully electrically driven. The crushing unit is driven by a 90 kW high-efficiency electric motor, and the conveyors are driven by electric drum motors. The cooling and lubrication unit, equipped with thermal heating elements, is neatly integrated at the bottom of the chassis. This ensures that the oil lubrication is at the correct pressure and temperature before the crushing unit can be started. During operation, an electric cooler ensures the optimum oil temperature.
4: Move quickly and inexpensively from yard to yard:
It is mobile and can be quickly deployed from one job site to another. Rematech itself designed and manufactured the entire trailer chassis, using 10 mm high-grade sheet steel with a unique design to combine maximum strength and minimum weight. With air-sprung axles, automatic height control and EBS disc brakes, the machine can be quickly and easily moved from job site to job site using a track tractor. This not only results in shorter and cheaper transport compared to transport by flatbed truck, but also minimizes lost time. This allows the machine to run more productive hours, leading to increased profits.
5: Deployable with any primary screening machine or crusher:
The pivoting belt allows the cone crusher to be coupled effortlessly and quickly to any primary crushing and/or screening machine. A probe above the inlet hopper of the cone crusher allows the assembled machines to communicate with each other, allowing them to produce automatically. This results in a cost-effective machine with a very high return on investment (ROI), thanks to maximum uptime at low operating costs.
