Rematech develops and manufactures a highly versatile tracked mobile mixing plant for processing and recycling surplus soil on construction sites. Road, infrastructure and sewage works save directly on transport, storage and environmental costs thanks to the recycling of surplus soil on site.
The Rematech drum screen 12.4T installation is a solution for more sustainable operations on large worksites but also on even the smaller sites with limited quantities of materials to be processed.

Rematech 12.4T drum screen
Thanks to its compact transport dimensions and 18-ton dead weight, the mobile mixing center on tracked undercarriage can be moved quickly and inexpensively from site to site with normal transport.
The JCB Ecomax engine and a hydraulic drive ensure reliable and user-friendly operation of the machine. Fuel consumption is extremely low, thanks not only to the efficient components and low engine speed, but especially to the low energy consumption of the mixing drum.
The sieve-mixing drum is equipped with four carriers which ensure an aggressive and intense sieving action on the materials to be processed. As the additive materials are directly absorbed into this open structure, dust generation and scale consumption are reduced to a minimum.
The sieve nets with different fall-through sizes provide mixing action and calibration of the desired end product. Thanks to the square wire structure of the mesh openings, the product is always constant regardless of the number of running hours and service life of the wear parts. A vibrating system is stretched around the screen mesh to prevent clogging.
The opgave bunker is designed trapezoid to prevent adhesion and always ensure correct dosing to the mixing drum.
The drum screen is equipped as standard with a swiveling discharge conveyor with a 180° radius. This gives the machine a storage capacity of about 300 cubic meters under the discharge belt without moving. The belt can be swivelled by remote control, which makes removal of the finished products easy. Also, thanks to this equipment, it is possible to carry out screening operations with only one operator and this in conditions where space is very limited.
Switching the sieve machine to produce other fractions is a matter of 10 minutes thanks to the interchangeable sieve drum. These are significant time and effort savings compared to most other systems such as finger decking.
Cleaning the machine also requires no manual intervention. By giving up a few bins of the stone fraction, the sifting drum provides a self-cleaning action that quickly gets it ready for the next job.
The 12.4T drum screen is mutifunctional with a wide range of applications. For example, the mobile mixer can not only mix and sift in one motion. It is also aTop Performer in fine screening of topsoil, screening and crushing sand, compost, aggregates, construction and demolition waste, mixing debris and so on.
