Rematech Drum Screen 15.7T

The versatile Trommelscreen 15.7T provides complete recycling of all your waste soils and can be used on any construction site without dust nuisance. With fast processing (capacity of about 100 tons/hour) and a very compact design, this machine delivers excellent performance. The compact setup is made possible mainly by the presence of a swiveling conveyor belt. With its simple and fast operation, the mixing center can be efficiently operated by only one operator.

The drum itself provides aggressive sieving action and is suitable for sieving a variety of materials, including topsoil, compost, granules, backfill soil and sand. Thanks to the brushes, the drum is continuously cleaned throughout the sieving process. The screening nets have a square mesh size, resulting in a perfectly uniform and calibrated final product.

Rematech's new mobile mixing center, the Trommelscreen 15.7T, combines both mixing and sieving of all your waste soils. Through a corresponding silo, lime is automatically dosed, for example in heavy loam soils, to obtain a stable and uniform final fraction.

Using this mobile mixing center, even difficult materials can be sieved, such as heavy loamy soils. The Remasilo, a mixing plant with an electric motor, works fully automatically with the help of sensors. Thanks to the aggressive mixing action, only a small amount of lime is needed.
