Remawash 3618 - Mobile Wash Plant

Remawash is a recent innovation from Rematech: a mobile washing plant that can be easily placed on a trailer or in a 20 ft. container. This plant is specifically designed for washing crushed concrete aggregates, with the aim of reuse and addition in fresh concrete. In addition, the plant can also be used to wash granules with low levels of fines, crushing sand, coal, fly ash, and more.

With a maximum feed size of 80 mm and a capacity of about 150 tons, the Remawash 3618 is perfectly capable of meeting your requirements. The paddles in the system create a slight abrasive effect, removing clay and sticky sand from the recycled granules. They also create a stirring motion, causing light and unwanted materials to rise to the surface and be discharged through the flowing water during the washing process. The paddles can be easily replaced and have a long life, with a service life equivalent to about 500,000 tons of material to be washed.
