Heavy-duty pre-screen on feed hopper
For this we refer to the unique vibrating finger grid. This not only functions as a pre-screen but also effectively breaks up the heavy soil types before they enter the trommel.
Intensive mixing
This mixing process is unique of its kind and allows the lime or cement introduced to be injected directly and deeply into the soil. This allows the material to undergo intensive and powerful mixing in the mixing and screening drum, which is equipped with four built-in lifters.
Low lime consumption
This principle allows for significant savings on the lime supplier’s invoice. The better the mixing, the faster and more effectively the lime reactivity is transferred to the soil being treated. As a result, to achieve the same compressive strength in the final product, significantly less lime is required compared to other mixing systems.
Cleanly separated stones
The separated stone fraction, larger than 30 mm, is always very clean due to the effect of the lime and the aggressive screening action. This often leads to more than 100% savings on the amount of lime required.

Perfectly mixed product

Horizontal cement silo
A new feature is the fully automatic horizontal dosing silo.
Fully designed and built by Naessens Hydraulics BV, active in the development and realization of new recycling applications.
Thanks to the new 34.000-liter horizontal silo, full truck loads can be efficiently accepted.
This ensures greater continuity of the soil improvement plant without compromising mobility and allows for a more favorable purchase price of the additive. Upon arrival on site with two transports, the plant can be quickly set up, allowing production to start within an hour.
