Operation
The McCloskey S250 flat-deck screen is one of the largest and most high-performance mobile screening plants in its class. This machine combines a very large screening surface with a powerful drive, resulting in exceptional production capacity and precise material separation.
The S250 is equipped with a high-energy three-deck screen box, which ensures optimum screening performance and maximum separation quality. Thanks to the large screening surface and powerful vibrations, a wide range of materials can be processed efficiently.
The machine is equipped with multiple conveyor belts with individually adjustable speeds, ensuring an optimal material flow and flexibility on site. Furthermore, the system makes it possible to switch easily between 3- and 4-fraction screening
Thanks to its robust construction, quick set-up and user-friendly operation, the S250 is ideal for applications such as sand and gravel processing, aggregates, mining, coal, topsoil and wood chips.
