Operation
The McCloskey J3C jaw crusher is a compact and highly mobile crushing plant designed for projects with limited space but high productivity requirements. This machine, formerly known as the J35, retains the renowned McCloskey quality in terms of capacity, durability and reliability.
With its powerful jaw measuring 890 mm in width and a 500 mm feed opening, the J3C delivers outstanding performance across a wide range of applications. Thanks to its ability to drive and crush simultaneously, and its compact design, this machine is particularly well-suited to construction sites where flexibility and mobility are crucial.
The integrated grizzly feeder and hydraulically folding conveyor belts ensure efficient material feeding and quick set-up. The open chassis design makes maintenance easy and accessible, whilst the direct drive ensures low fuel consumption and reliable operation.
The McCloskey J3CR is the recirculating version of the J3C and combines the productivity of the jaw crusher with an integrated screening and recirculation system. This allows a complete crushing and screening process to be carried out using a single machine, significantly increasing efficiency on site.
The J3C is ideal for applications such as asphalt recycling, concrete recycling, rubble crushing and smaller construction and demolition projects.
