Operation
The McCloskey C2C cone crusher is the perfect mobile machine for those looking for high production rates of up to 300 tonnes per hour, combined with a compact design.
The wide feed opening handles material from 13 to 185 mm, prevents blockages and ensures a constant throughput. The multi-layer crushing system produces a cuboid end product with excellent granulation and minimal wear.
This compact cone crusher is designed for easy integration with other machines, such as our J40 jaw crusher and S130 screening plant, and delivers a consistent, high-quality end product. Maintenance and servicing are straightforward thanks to the open chassis design and ground-level access. Thanks to its quick set-up, the machine is fully operational within 5 minutes.
Advanced features such as an anti-spin system, overload monitoring, material level monitoring, hydraulic CSS adjustment and a hydraulic relief system ensure reliability, optimum performance and ease of use.
