Operation
The R230 high-energy screening machine is a powerful and robust screening unit specially designed for the most demanding applications. With the largest screen box and feed hopper in its class, the McCloskey R230 delivers outstanding performance and maximum production efficiency, even under the toughest conditions.
The R230 is equipped with a high-performance two-deck screen box featuring a very large screening surface, enabling even difficult-to-process materials to be separated efficiently. Thanks to its robust construction and optimised material flow, this machine performs exceptionally well in applications involving heavy rock, sticky materials, and construction and demolition waste.
The machine can be used either on its own to produce finished products or integrated into larger crushing and screening plants as a primary scalping screen. The hydraulically folding conveyor belts and quick start-up time ensure efficient operation and minimal downtime.
The maintenance-friendly design, featuring a hinged screen box for easy access to the lower deck, enhances user-friendliness and reduces maintenance time.
The R230 is ideal for applications such as site restoration, aggregate processing, construction and demolition waste, and heavy scalping work.
