Operation
The McCloskey S190 flat-deck screen is one of the most popular and high-performance screening machines in its class. This machine combines a large screening surface with a powerful, high-energy screening box, resulting in exceptional production capacity and precise material separation.
The S190 is equipped with a heavy-duty three-deck screen box, enabling the efficient separation of multiple fractions. Thanks to the adjustable screen box angle, the machine can be easily adapted to different materials and applications, such as sand and gravel, coal, topsoil, wood chips and mining.
The machine features hydraulically folding conveyor belts and a quick start-up time of around 15 minutes, ensuring maximum availability on site. Furthermore, the S190 is available in Dual Power version, allowing for both diesel and electric drive. This reduces fuel consumption and operating costs.
