Operation
The McCloskey I3C compact impact crusher is the perfect example of a highly mobile crushing plant for projects with limited space but high productivity requirements. This machine, formerly known as the McCloskey I34, combines compact dimensions with powerful performance.
With its direct-drive rotor, 820 mm wide and 900 mm in diameter, the I3C ensures efficient energy transfer with maximum crushing capacity and low fuel consumption. Thanks to the aggressive impact plate design and the large contact surface, optimal reduction of the feed material is achieved.
The integrated vibrating feeder, complete with a grizzly screen and hydraulically folding conveyor belts, ensures a smooth flow of material and rapid deployment on site. Furthermore, the machine can be easily converted into a recirculating crusher.
Its compact design and flexibility make this machine particularly suitable for applications such as asphalt recycling, concrete recycling, rubble crushing and smaller construction and demolition projects.
