Operation
The McCloskey J40 jaw crusher combines high performance with mobility and ease of use. This robust mobile machine with a tracked undercarriage is designed to handle heavy-duty applications, whilst remaining compact enough for transport between different sites.
With its 1.016 mm wide jaw crusher and 610 mm feed opening, the J40 delivers outstanding capacity and reliable performance. The deep crushing chamber, increased jaw speed and optimised material flow ensure maximum productivity and efficient material processing.
The machine is equipped with a hydraulically driven grizzly feeder and an integrated hydraulically tilting hopper, ensuring a smooth material feed and quick set-up. The open chassis design makes maintenance easy and accessible, whilst the user-friendly control panel with comprehensive machine diagnostics simplifies operation.
With a transport width of just 2.5 metres, the J40 is particularly well suited to applications where mobility and flexibility are key, such as asphalt recycling, concrete recycling, rubble crushing and aggregate production.
