Operation
The McCloskey R105 flat-deck screen is a compact yet powerful screening installation, designed for users who do not require the capacity of the larger models but still expect top performance. This machine builds on the success of the R-series and combines mobility, efficiency and reliability in a single versatile solution.
The R105 is equipped with a high-energy two-deck screen box, which ensures accurate and efficient separation of materials. Thanks to its large screening area within its class and high stacking heights, this machine delivers excellent performance with both fine and coarser fractions.
The hydraulically folding conveyor belts and quick start-up time (around 10 minutes) make the machine particularly user-friendly and quick to deploy on site. Furthermore, the design, which allows the screen box to be raised from below, ensures easy access for maintenance.
The R105 is ideal for applications such as sand and gravel processing, aggregates, topsoil, recycling and other screening operations where flexibility and mobility are key.
