The McCloskey S80 flat-deck screen has been specially developed for users looking for a compact screening machine with a lower capacity, without compromising on quality and performance. This machine combines mobility with the characteristic robustness and reliability of the McCloskey S-series.
The S80 is equipped with a powerful high energy screen box, a spacious feed hopper and an efficiently designed engine compartment. Thanks to its ability to operate at a very steep screen angle, this machine delivers excellent screening performance, particularly with fine materials such as sand and gravel.
With its compact dimensions and quick start-up time of around 10 minutes, the S80 is ideal for smaller projects, applications with limited space and sites with strict transport regulations. The hydraulically folding conveyor belts also ensure quick set-up and maximum flexibility on site.
The S80 is suitable for a variety of applications, including sand and gravel processing, recycling, topsoil handling, and light to medium-duty screening.
