Operation
The McCloskey C3 cone crusher is a mobile, robust machine designed for operators who require high capacity and a consistent end product. With a wide feed opening, the C3 can process material ranging from 13 mm to 211 mm, preventing blockages and ensuring a constant throughput.
The multi-layer crushing system produces a cubic shaped end product with minimal wear on the cone. The open chassis provides easy access for maintenance and servicing, whilst advanced features such as twin metal detector, variable cone speed, and level and load monitoring enhance efficiency and reliability.
The C3R recirculating model combines the power of the C3 with an integrated recirculation system for crushing and screening, enabling you to produce a high-quality, graded end product using a single machine. This makes the C3R ideal as a mobile secondary cone crusher, offering optimal control over the quality and particle size of the product.
