Operation
The Arjes Impaktor 1250E is also part of the heaviest class in the Impaktor range; it is an extremely powerful and robust shredder that effortlessly processes a wide range of materials. From scrap metal and end-of-life vehicles to construction and demolition waste, tyres, rubber, and domestic and commercial waste, the Impaktor 1250E delivers top performance in the most demanding conditions.
This advanced shredder is equipped with an updated quick-change cassette, making it even easier and faster to install or replace shafts. In addition, the drive unit of the Impaktor 1250E is easy to maintain or repair due to a cover that can be opened hydraulically.
For efficient material flow, the machine features a hydraulically adjustable working height and distance of up to 1,750 mm between the shredder mechanism and conveyor system. This design prevents blockages and protects the conveyor from damage.
As with the other shredders in the Impaktor series, the 1250E is equipped with a screening grid, making it easy to adjust the fraction size according to customer requirements. Thanks to these versatile features, the Impaktor 1250E offers a nice combination of power, efficiency and flexibility.
