Operation
The McCloskey R155 flat-deck screen is a powerful and robust screening installation, designed for the toughest applications and maximum productivity. Thanks to its large screening area and robust construction, this machine is ideal for processing materials that are difficult to screen.
The R155 is equipped with a high-performance two-deck screen box, which ensures efficient and accurate separation of materials. With one of the largest screening areas in its class, this machine delivers outstanding performance, even when handling heavy and untreated materials such as construction and demolition waste.
The machine is available in various configurations, including a Dual Power version, which allows for both diesel and eletric power. This offers greater flexibility on site, reduces fuel consumption and cuts CO2 emissions.
Thanks to its hydraulically folding conveyor belts, quick start-up time and maintenance-friendly design, the R155 is easy to deploy and efficient to use. The ability to lift the screen box from below also ensure easy access for maintenance.
The R155 is ideal for applications such as power generation, recycling, sand and gravel, and construction and demolition waste.
