Operation
The McCloskey S130 flat-deck screen is a versatile and high-performance screening plant that excels in terms of accuracy and production capacity. This machine is used worldwide for a wide range of applications, including aggregates, coal, wood chips and fine sand fractions.
The S130 is equipped with an aggressive, high-energy screen box, which ensures efficient and precise material separation. Thanks to its unique dimensions, this machine offers an ideal mid-range solution for users who require more capacity than smaller screening plants can provide, but do not need to resort to the largest models.
The machine is available in both double-deck and triple-deck versions and can be used for 3- or 4-fraction screening. The triple-deck version delivers performance comparable to larger models, but at a lower cost and with greater efficiency.
With its hydraulically folding conveyor belts, quick start-up time and user-friendly controls, the S130 is easy to operate and highly versatile. The option of dual power (diesel and electric) also ensures lower fuel consumption and more environmentally friendly operation.
The S130 is ideal for applications such as sand and gravel processing, recycling, aggregate production and other screening processes where precision and capacity are key.
