Operation
The versatile Rematech Trommelscreen 12.4T provides 100% recycling of all your waste soils and can be used on any construction site without dust pollution, with fast processing (capacity of about 100 tons/hour) and a compact design. This compact setup is made possible by the presence of a swiveling conveyor belt. With its simple and fast operation, this mixing plant can be operated by only one operator.
The drum itself provides aggressive screening action and is suitable for screening topsoil, compost, aggregate, backfill and sand. The presence of brushes ensures that the drum is continuously cleaned during the screening process. The screen meshes have a square mesh size, resulting in a perfectly uniform end product.
Rematech’s new mobile mixing plant, the Trommelscreen 12.4, combines both mixing and screening of all your waste soils. Through an adjacent silo, lime is automatically added to heavy clay soils, for example, to obtain a stable and uniform final fraction.
Using the mobile mixing plant, difficult materials can also be screened, such as heavy clay soils. The Remasilo, a mixing plant with an electric motor, works fully automatically with the help of sensors. Thanks to the aggressive mixing action, very little lime is needed.
