Operation
Within the toughest class of the Impaktor range is the Arjes Impaktor 1250D, an extremely powerful and robust shredder that effortlessly processes a wide range of materials. From scrap metal and car wrecks to construction and demolition debris, tires, rubber and household and commercial waste, the Impaktor 1250 delivers top performance under the most demanding conditions.
This advanced shredder is equipped with an updated quick-change cassette, making it even easier and faster to install or replace shafts. In addition, the drive unit of the Impaktor 1250D is easy to maintain or repair due to a cover that can be opened hydraulically.
For efficient material flow, the machine features a hydraulically adjustable working height and a distance of up to 1,750 mm between the shredder mechanism and the conveyor system. This design prevents clogging and protects the conveyor from damage.
As with the other shredders in the Impaktor series, the Impaktor 1250D comes standard with a screening grid, making it easy to adjust the fraction size to customer requirements. Thanks to these versatile features, the Impaktor 1250 offers a nice combination of power, efficiency and flexibility.
