Replacing impact bars of a rotor crusher
The rotor is equipped with 4 impact bars, which systematically wear down as the machine works through friction and contact with the feed material.
The impact bars are rotated or replaced in pairs each time. This is done periodically, depending on the abrasiveness, compressive strength and CSS of the rotor crusher.
