Can I also buy the machines you rent?

Yes, you can either hire or purchase our machines. The majority of our rental fleet is also available for sale. Some machines remain in the rental fleet as standard, but the same model can always be ordered brand new from the manufacturer. We also offer tailored advice to help you decide between hiring and purchasing, depending on your project and intended use.

No, our machines are always rented out without an operator. When you collect the machine, you or your operator will receive clear instructions on how to use the rented crusher, shredder or screening plant safely and correctly. This will enable you to get to work independently and efficiently with the machine on your site.

We rent out and sell a wide range of recycling machinery for various applications. Our range includes shredders, crushers (such as jaw crushers, impact crushers, cone crushers, and VSI crushers), and screening systems (such as flat-deck screens and trommel screens). We also offer washing plants, sorting plants, silos and air classifiers. For metal processing, we also have scrap shears suitable for both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.

Our Arjes Impaktor shredders with paddle shafts are particularly well-suited for processing green waste. These machines are designed to efficiently shred waste wood, biomass, branches and tree stumps, as well as paper and cardboard. Depending on the type of material and the desired output size, we would be happy to recommend the most suitable shredder for your application.

Both crushers and shredders are suitable for processing demolition and construction waste, depending on your project. Choosing the right machine depends on factors such as the volume of the material, the space available on site and the required processing capacity. Shredders are often used for coarser or mixed materials, such as the Arjes Impaktor with concrete shaft. For crushing hard materials such as concrete and rubble, jaw crushers and cone crushers, such as compact or robust models from McCloskey, are particularly suitable.

No, our crushers and shredders are not COPRO certified.

The McCloskey J40 jaw crusher allows you to efficiently crush a variety of hard materials. This machine is suitable for processing construction and demolition waste, concrete, asphalt, natural aggregates and furnace slag, amongst other things.

Both shredders and crushers are suitable for breaking up concrete, depending on the application. Our Arjes Impaktor shredders, equipped with impact shafts (stone rotors), are particularly well-suited for processing concrete rubble and larger concrete structures such as arches. In addition, jaw crushers and cone crushers are also ideal for efficiently breaking concrete down into reusable fractions.

Yes, our machines enable you to recycle asphalt efficiently. We have a range of crushers suitable for processing asphalt, such as McCloskey jaw crushers (J35, J40 and J45) and the Propel TMJ1065. These machines are designed to crush asphalt into reusable fractions, allowing it to be reused in new applications.

The difference between a crusher and a shredder lies in the way the material is reduced in size. A crusher (such as a jaw crusher or cone crusher) is used to break down hard materials such as concrete, stone and asphalt into smaller fractions with a fairly precise particle size. A shredder, on the other hand, tears and reduces material in a coarser manner and is suitable for mixed or difficult-to-process materials such as waste wood, green waste and construction waste. Depending on the type of material and the desired final size, we would be happy to recommend the most suitable machine for your application.

The difference between a flat-deck screen and a trommel screen lies in the way the material is screened. A flat-deck screen uses flat screening decks that vibrate the material, thereby separating it quickly and accurately into different fractions. This screen is particularly suitable for dry, finer materials, such as sand, aggregates and construction waste. A trommel screen, on the other hand, uses a rotating drum in which the material is tumbled. This type of screen is better suited to sticky materials such as soil, compost, and green waste, as it is less prone to clogging.

Our screening systems enable you to screen and separate a wide range of materials. For example, our flat-deck screens and trommel screens are suitable for screening soil containing stones, compost, screening sand, topsoil and loam, amongst other things. Depending on the type of screen and the chosen mesh size, materials can be efficiently separated into different fractions.

Yes, our screening systems allow you to screen both soil and sand efficiently. Depending on the type of material and the desired particle size, you can choose between a flat-deck screen or a trommel screen. Both systems ensure that soil and sand are accurately separated from stones and other impurities.

Yes, our screening systems can also be used to screen wet or damp material. Trommel screens are particularly suitable for this purpose, as they are less prone to blockages when handling sticky or damp material such as soil, compost or loam. In some cases, wet material can also be processed using flat-deck screens, depending on its compositon and moisture content.

Yes, with our screening systems, you can separate multiple fractions at the same time. We offer 2- and 3-fraction screens, such as the McCloskey R155 and the McCloskey S190, which allow you to separate material into different grain sizes. These machines can be fitted with screen meshes of various mesh sizes, depending on the desired fractions. For example, you can separate fine, medium and coarse materials from one another in a single pass. We would be happy to advise you on the right configuration for your application.

The processing capacity depends on the type of machine and the material you wish to process. Each machine has a different output capacity, and factors such as material type, moisture content and desired particle size influence the amount that can be processed per hour. As this varies greatly depending on the project, every bespoke quotation will specify the exact capacity you can expect for your specific application.

No, you do not need a specific permit to use our machines. However, please be aware that our crushers and shredders are not COPRO certified. This means that the product you process using them is not automatically covered by COPRO certification. For use on construction sites or in processes with specific certification requirements, we always advise you to check the applicable local regulations and requirements.

The space required for a crusher or shredder depends on the type of machine and the scale of your project. Our machines and systems range from compact models to large, robust powerhouses. For a small site or a limited amount of material to be processed, a compact model is often sufficient, whilst larger projects require more space. When selecting the right machines, we always advise you on the optimal layout and space required, so that you can work efficiently and safely.

Yes, our machines are also available for short-term hire. The minimum hire period is one working day, which equates to a maximum of 8 working hours. This is ideal for short-term projects or occasional use. Please contact us to check the availability of the machine you require for your specific period.

With a Taurus scrap shear, you can process a wide range of metals and scrap materials. These include metal profiles, pipes, sheet metal, rails and mixed demolition waste. These machines are designed to efficiently cut and reduce a variety of shapes and volumes. Thanks to their versatility, scrap shears are often used in the recycling sector for processing and preparing metals for further processing.

A hammer mill is used to reduce and separate complex waste streams, particularly in metal recycling. These machines process materials such as light scrap, end-of-life vehicles, electrical and electronic equipment, and household appliances. Powerful rotating hammers intensively crush the material, after which metals and other raw materials can be efficiently separated. Hammer mills are ideal for recovering ferrous and non-ferrous metals from mixed materials and are often used in recycling plants to convert waste streams into reusable raw materials.

Delivery

Do you provide transport?

We do not provide transport ourselves, this must be arranged by the tenant or buyer. If necessary, we can also put you in touch with experienced transport partners.

Most of our machines are transported using a flatbed lorry. This is the most suitable and safest way to transport large crushers and screening plants. For our more compact machines, such as the Arjes Impaktor 250, transport via a hook-lift system is also possible in certain cases. Our washing and sorting plants are often transported in separate sections. Depending on the type of machine, its weight and dimensions, we will always advise you on the most suitable transport method.

When you collect the machine, you or your operator will receive a clear explanation of how it works and how to operate it safely. This will enable you to get started independently and with confidence.
