Operation
The McCloskey I4C impact crusher is a powerful and compact crushing unit that combines mobility, performance and ease of use. This heavy-duty machine is designed to deliver maximum output within a compact footprint, making it ideal for sites where space and flexibility are key.
With its direct-drive impact rotor, measuring 1.125 mm in width and 1.050 mm in diameter, the I4C ensures efficient energy transfer with high capacity and low fuel consumption. The aggressive rotor blade design, featuring a large contact surface, ensures optimal material reduction.
The machine features an integrated asymmetrical feeder and hopper configuration, ensuring a constant and even feed of material. Thanks to the simplified hydraulics and direct drive, operation is simple and reliable. Furthermore, safe access to the crushing chamber makes maintenance work quicker and more efficient.
The I4C is suitable for a wide range of applications, including asphalt recycling, concrete recycling, rubble crushing, aggregate production, and construction and demolition work.
