Operation
The McCloskey J6 jaw crusher builds on the proven design of McCloskey jaw crushers and combines this with new technologies to ensure maximum productivity and durability. This powerful machine is designed to handle the toughest applications worldwide and delivers outstanding performance, even with hard rock types.
With its large, deep crushing chamber and a feed opening measuring 1.200 mm x 864 mm, the J6 is ideal for processing large material flows. The optimised material path and improved flow ensure high production capacity (TPH) and efficient operation.
The J6 is equipped with a double-deck grizzly pre-screen, whichn together with the variable speed of the feed hopper, ensures optimal material distribution and improved separation for the crushing process. This increases efficiency and reduces wear.
Thanks to its robust construction, wide conveyor belts and advanced control system featuring a control panel and telematics, the J6 offers maximum control, reliability and ease of use.
The J6 is particularly well suited to applications such as quarrying, mining, recycling, construction and demolition waste, and heavy aggregate production.
