Operation
The McCloskey J4 jaw crusher builds on the robust design and proven performance of McCloskey jaw crushers, adding additional productivity and durability. This powerful machine is designed for heavy-duty applications where high capacity and reliability are essential.
With its generous feed opening of 1.060 mm x 700 mm, the J4 can handle large feed rates, resulting in high throughput and efficient material processing. The deep crushing chamber and optimised material flow ensure stable production, even in hard rock and recycling applications.
The machine is equipped with a double-deck grizzly screen and a variable-speed pan feeder, which improves the pre-screening of material and reduces the load on the crusher. This increases efficiency and reduces wear.
Thanks to its wide conveyor belts, open chassis design and option for an electric version, the J4 is designed for maximum flexibility, ease of use and ease of maintenance.
The McCloskey J4R combines the high output of the J4 with an integrated screening and recirculation system. This allows the entire crushing and screening process to be carried out using a single machine, ensuring maximum efficiency and product control on site.
The J4 is ideal for applications such as aggregate production, hard rock, concrete recycling, asphalt recycling, and construction and demolition waste.
